PMP were appointed to provide pre-construction phase cost advice for the demolition of an existing vacant 5 storey office building and construction in its place of a new 25 storey, 238 bedroom hotel with double height entrance lobby and cafe restaurant, the design of which has been ‘commended’ by national architectural watchdog CABE, with the proposed development providing a gateway to the redevelopment of the Southside district.
