PMP Consultants are working closely with Blackswan Developments on a number of high-profile projects across Birmingham.

The scheme is a mixed-use development comprising 400 one and two-bedroom apartments, retail and commercial space, and a new ticket office building for the adjacent Jewellery Quarter rail and tram station. PMP Consultants are appointed as Project Manager and Principal Designer.

In addition to the challenges faced by developing in close proximity to rail and tram lines, the site is bounded on two sides by cemeteries that are Grade II* and Grade II listed on the Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest.
