Lichfield Bonds Construction Progresses Nicely for PMP’s New Pegasus Life Site…
PMP are delighted to announce an new update on the Lichfield Bonds project, our latest collaboration with esteemed later living brand, Pegasus Life. With construction having commenced back in 2022, we’re thrilled to report that work on this significant development is progressing well, and marking a key milestone in delivering premium and sustainable independent living spaces.
We were appointed Quantity Surveyor for the transformation of the former Quonians Yard site, working alongside Gould Singleton Architects, and Contractor, Living Heritage.
The initial stages of the Lichfield Bonds project involved the careful demolition of for former buildings on site. Now, the groundwork is down and construction is well underway for the design and build of 64 brand new contemporary independent living apartments. These thoughtfully designed residences will spread across three buildings, creating a harmonious and accessible community for residents.
Upon completion, Lichfield Bonds will offer an excellent living experience, tailored for the over 60s market. Residents will be able to enjoy stylish and comfortable spaces, and benefit from a range of state-of-the-art communal facilities, designed to foster a vibrant community, space for relaxation, socialisation and activities. Planned facilities include a communal lounge, modern kitchen, and patio seating with beautifully landscaped gardens, all designed to enhance the living experience for residents, and create a welcoming environment for visitors.
Estimated for completion in the last quarter of 2023, Lichfield is set to become the newest jewel in the city’s independent living crown. This thoughtfully designed development will offer residents unparalleled views over Lichfield Cathedral and Stowe Pool, providing a truly picturesque setting for a fulfilling lifestyle. Lichfield Bonds marks a significant milestone as the second Pegasus Life property in Lichfield, after the award-winning Chapter House, which reached completion in 2016.
