She’s a whiz at quantity surveying and contract administration across a multitude of sectors and is currently diving into the restoration of some of Birmingham’s iconic landmarks, showing her love for keeping the city’s heritage alive.

As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Director since 2017, with a knack for project management and contract administration, Peter is all about finding creative solutions and tackling challenges head-on. With his wealth of experience, he delivers strategic, client-focused project delivery across a variety of sectors. Whether it’s navigating complex projects or crafting innovative strategies, Peter’s got it covered!

Mike, a true PMP veteran, has been with us since the very start of his career and stepped up as Director in 2017. With a passion for the industry, he thrives on mentoring others and champions best practices. His experience spans a variety of sectors, with a special focus on the food and drink industry. Mike has worked on exciting projects for renowned brands both in the UK and around the globe, serving as a Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent.

Martin is our go-to guru with over 30 years of construction industry know-how under his belt! As a experienced consultant and proud RICS member, he’s the trusted advisor you want by your side. Martin has led projects across many sectors, applying an expert touch on strategic cost management and contract administration. Whether it’s crunching numbers or steering a project to success, Martin’s on it!

Adele joined PMP in 2012 as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor and quickly became a powerhouse! With a Masters in quantity surveying and an RICS accreditation, she rose to Associate in 2021. Adele shines in the education and community sectors, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Expect nothing short of amazing with her on board!

James, our passionate Associate and Chartered Quantity Surveyor at PMP, is a cornerstone in education, residential, and heritage projects, having honed his skills in quantity surveying, contract administration and employer's agent roles. Growing with us from the very first day of his career, James embodies PMP’s values and approach with expertise.

Matt is a trusted Associate and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, who has been a key player at PMP since he joined in 2015. With a decade and a half of experience, he infuses dynamic energy into many leisure, education, and later-living schemes. Matt's expertise doesn't stop there; he's also a whiz in employer's agent and contract administrator roles, handing over seamless projects to clients.

Hannah, our Office/Bid Manager, joined PMP in 2018 as an apprentice and quickly soared to her current role. With a keen eye for detail, she expertly manages bids, office operations and financial tracking. Her passion for crafting winning bids helps us secure exciting new opportunities to drive PMP forward!

Rachel, our dynamic Project Manager is a pro in affordable housing, expertly navigating every stage from appraisal to construction and management. Since joining PMP, she's tackled an array of projects across education, culture, faith, and housing sectors. With her pursuit of MRICS in project management, Rachel is continuously elevating her skills and commitment to excellence!

Elliot hopped on board with PMP in 2015 as an undergraduate QS and has been making waves ever since! With his versatility in quantity surveying and contract management, he's primarily involved in industrial, food and drink, education, and commercial sectors. Elliot's commitment and experience shine through, driving exceptional results of the highest standards.

Lewis is an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, brimming with potential and currently formalising his extensive experience through an RICS accredited apprenticeship degree. With a good knowledge of commercial and retail fitouts, Lewis is developing his skills in cost estimating, procurement, and contract administration. His experience, coupled with his dedication to professional growth, empowers him to drive impactful project delivery!

Harry, our enthusiastic Trainee Quantity Surveyor, jumped aboard in Autumn 2023 to kickstart his apprenticeship degree. Eagerly diving into a variety of projects, Harry collaborates with senior surveyors, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in cost planning, preparing bills of quantities, and project administration. His journey is all about honing his skills and enjoying the process along the way!

Nathan joined PMP in December 2024 to supercharge his quantity surveying apprenticeship degree. With a background working for a commercial contractor, Nathan brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and fresh skills to the table. He dives into diverse projects, assisting senior surveyors in cost planning, project administration, and bills of quantities.
