We’re thrilled to announce the completion of a major redevelopment project at Saxon Park, a cutting-edge industrial and logistics hub located strategically within the UK’s “golden triangle”. PMP were appointed on behalf of long-standing Client, Hortons’ Estate, working alongside Align Architecture and Contractor, Amphion Construction, to bring this ambitious vision to life.
Situated near Corby and Kettering, Saxon Park offers over 31,000 square metres of state-of-the-art industrial and logistics space – a game-changer for businesses with superb road links via the A6003 and A14, providing quick and easy access to the M1, M6 and A1 motorways.
Saxon 79: This facility has been given a stunning makeover, now featuring new cladding and a completely upgraded loading system with five dock doors, two level access doors, and one Euro Dock. The 7,300 square metre space offers the perfect accommodation for a wide range of industrial and distribution uses.
Saxon 129: Fully refurbished to the highest standards, this unit offers a massive 12,000 square metres of space. It is equipped with new cladding and an impressive array of six dock doors, two level access doors, and two Euro Docks, all designed with efficiency in mind.
Saxon Park isn’t just about creating efficient spaces; it’s about smart, sustainable design. Both units are built to achieve a target EPC A+ rating, thanks to the integration of solar panels.
