PMP are delighted to announce that the Asparagus Point development is now complete! Asparagus Point, located in Vale Park, Evesham will provide up to eight new industrial units within two terraces, which will be laid out in an L-Shape, providing a range of unit sizes from 3,415 square feet, all the way up to 21,215 square feet when combined. The development lies by the A46, M5 and M42, as well as benefitting from direct rail connections to and from; London Paddington and Worcester, making the site vastly accessible. Asparagus Point is also situated opposite the popular ‘Four Pools’ Retail Park, providing useful amenities on the doorstep Such as; supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants for visitors.

We happily worked alongside; Hortons’ Estate, Tweedale Architecture, J Tomlinson and Couch Consulting to now be able to exhibit just how much everybody’s hard work has paid off, and we couldn’t be happier with the result!
